Woburn Sands One-Place Study

Buckinghamshire

Woburn Sands

The town of Woburn Sands (once known as Hogsty End) stands on the Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire border, with the neighbouring parish of Aspley Heath close by in Bedfordshire. The "Woburn Sands Collection" makes available detailed Genealogical data for researchers, such as Census data and Church Registers, as well as fascinating stories from the past. There are local picture postcard views alongside their modern counterparts, example of local giftware, Goss and crested china and bottles and flagons from local businesses.

Contributions from local people, or those further away whose ancestors came from the area, are most welcome.
