Shenley One-Place Study

Click for WikiTree page

This is a study to document all people who were born, lived and died in the village of Shenley in Hertfordshire, England, a place which has existed since Doomsday. It will also include the hamlet of Shenleybury.

The work is being carried out on WikiTree to facilitate collaboration and ensure accuracy. The study will begin entering BMDC to establish family groups and then go on to flesh out the profiles with additional sources.

This study will not include residents of the mental hospital that existed in the community until 1987, unless they appear on parish or common records.
