Sir John McDougall is a great Wesleyan worker, and took part in the great Wesleyan meeting held at the London Aquarium last week, when <strong>Mr R. W. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Perks<\/span><\/strong> announced that it was intended to make the Aquarium the home of Wesleyanism in Great
